CITC KSA implements Oracle E-Business Suite

The Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) of Saudi Arabia chose Raya to be its ERP Implementation Partner. After holding an intense competition among all the top notch companies in the field, and under the supervision of a dedicated evaluation team, CITC selected Raya to perform the implementation of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project.

According to Mohammed Almousa, General Manager – Finance and Administration Affairs at CITC, the entity “finds the Oracle solution to be a comprehensive and function-rich suite of business applications that helps us manage our business effectively in the highly competitive industry.”

Implementing Oracle Financials, Logistics and Human Resources Tracks allows CITC to radically streamline, standardize and improve its business processes. Thus, it helps expand CITC’s dependence on technology and create more facilities for its customers. These systems will be implemented to improve the quality of services of CITC’s business processes with the objective of making it paperless and traceable online. The new system is intended to improve the efficiency, productivity and information sharing between all concerned parties.

“Raya was chosen because of its unique track record of successful implementations of Oracle E- Business Suite, strong financial status, convenient offer, and its excellent history of implementing major projects,” said Hisham Abdel Rasoul, CEO Raya IT Line of Business.

Raya started implementing the project in February 2008 and is planning to finalize it within one year. Raya’s commitment to meet its customers’ rigorous demands has established it as a market leader along with CITC’s trust in Raya’s capabilities to deliver this project.
