Interactive Intelligence Group has announced its participation at Dreamforce, a technology conference hosted by Salesforce, taking place in Dubai on 28th November, 2016.
As a Gold Sponsor of the event, the company will conduct live demonstration of PureCloud, its cloud-based collaboration, communications and customer engagement platform that takes full advantage of the distributed nature of the cloud.
In particular, Interactive Intelligence intends to showcase the benefits offered by the tight integration between PureCloud and the Salesforce platform.

These integrations enable user teams to make and manage calls from within Salesforce. Embedded call control gives users the ability to pick up, disconnect, hold and transfer. Users can create a Salesforce activity for any interaction handled by the contact centre agent. This includes information such as connection time, duration, agent name and comments. Related Salesforce data objects are populated in the client drop-down list, based on screen pop or agent navigation. The agent can then associate the activity with the appropriate contact or case for unified reporting purposes.
Dreamforce Dubai is a gathering of sales, service, marketing and IT professionals, and will feature a number of keynotes, presentations, breakout and networking sessions.
