WatchGuard has announced the enhancement of its network security visibility solution, WatchGuard Dimension.
The new enhancements extend Dimension’s capabilities to support Microsoft’s Hyper-V virtualisation platform, in addition to VMware.
Dimension is a cloud-ready network security visibility solution that comes standard with WatchGuard’s flagship Unified Threat Management platform.
It provides a suite of big data visibility and reporting tools that isolate and distill security issues and trends.
Users can choose from more than 70 reports, with the ability to pre-schedule reports for email delivery to an organisation’s stakeholders. Options include summary and detail views, and special reports for HIPAA and PCI compliance.

“In record numbers, customers are using this cloud-based visibility tool to get key insights into security threats and critical trends in their environment. Although this product has been on the market for less than six months, we’re moving quickly to make new enhancements in response to enthusiastic feedback from users.”
