Daniel dos Reis is the Senior Portfolio Manager of Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority (DSOA) for venture capital investments in startups at the seed and early growth stage. Before he was the Director of Mobily Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of Mobily in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Daniel started his professional career as a Management Consultant advising clients in the Telco industry in Europe and the Middle East. He has earned a Diploma degree in Business Administration from the University of Hamburg in 2004.
