In order to achieve this, the following options have been packaged together to allow you to make the most of the numerous networking, branding and promotional opportunities sponsorship can present.

The benefits associated with the Presenting Partner package are as follows:

Pre-event branding
  • Sponsor to receive logo coverage in any printed event literature (including direct mails, invitation and magazine inserts)
  • Event will be referred to as being 'in association with' the Presenting Partner
  • Company logo to be featured on adverts in support publications as Presenting Partner
  • Company logo to be featured on event website as a Presenting Partner
  • Company logo to be featured on email marketing campaign as a Presenting Partner
  • Company details to be featured on any pre-event press releases
  • Reciprocal website hotlink to your home page from the event website

On-site branding

  • Logo to be featured on event presentation, in and around staging area, and on the actual event
  • Logo to be featured on signage and banners displayed in the reception and dining area at the event, and on event presented by Presenting Partner
  • Logo on all other event on-site collateral as Presenting Partner
  • Corporate literature distribution, where appropriate
  • Table top exhibition space at the networking area
  • 2 x sponsor roll-ups at the venue

Post-event branding

  • Post event report to include coverage on the Presenting Partner
  • Complete list of attendees with their contact details

  • 1 Sponsored table to invite key customers and company representatives
  • Speaking opportunity during the event

As an Event Partner your organisation will receive exposure at every opportunity throughout the complete event marketing cycle.
