Elitecore Technologies has announced the roll-out of customer relationship management (CRM) and mobile applications for its 24online service management system (SMS).
24online CRM comes with an array of features such as trouble ticketing, workflow management, calendar and alerts. It also has an admin dashboard which can help ISPs streamline internal as well as external business processes. The CRM is integrated with the 24online billing server so it can be deployed seamlessly without high network level challenges and disruptions.
According to the company, in order to enhance the ease of use and connectivity on the move, 24online also now has a mobile app for admin and subscribers. Using the admin app, users managing the system can perform actions like user renewal, user disconnection, live user search, user Internet plan, check system health and generate reports. Meanwhile, subscribers using the app can manage their data usage, Internet plan, bills and renewals.
