There will be a total of 10 speakers representing the telecoms operator, with the conference spanning nine sessions.
The opening keynote will be delivered by Etisalat’s Vice President for Private Enterprise Ragy Magdy, and other speakers will cover topics including solutions architecture, data centres and digital services.
The event comes at an opportune time, with ICT playing a crucial role in almost every aspect of the industry’s growth and change.
With new exploration techniques, demand for renewable energy and new regulations, coupled with tumbling prices and lower trading volumes taking effect, many energy and utilities firms are being forced to tighten their purse strings.
For them, this means an increased focus on enhancing systems that support customer service and core operations.
Etisalat is aiming to underline its knowledge of the energy industry, and how it is prepared to offer support to all aspects of business relating to it.
The event will take place on 10th March at the St. Regis, Saadiyat Island Resort, Abu Dhabi.
