Both models make it possible to control and watch the live recordings from any desktop PC or notebook via the Internet or Intranet. In order to ensure maximum security of the home or office the cameras are equipped with a motion detector. Once the activity is spotted, the camera automatically records the movement and the user receives an instant notification via email.

By connecting the WL-404 to a wireless/wired network or the LN-406 to a wired network the user can monitor the area into detail thanks to the 4x zoom, which can be easily adjusted in the interface of the camera.
The Sitecom Internet Security Cameras support the MPEG4 and MJPEG standard, therefore providing a fluent audio and video quality. Moreover via the built-in microphone the user can hear what is happening in the monitored area.
