Intertec to host seminar with HP Software

Intertec Systems will be organising a seminar on ‘Empower business performance with technology and software services’ at Sofitel, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai on June 17th 2014. This will be a half day delegate from 8.30 am till 2 pm and is targeted at IT decision makers as well as those involved in developing infrastructure, change and IT project management strategies.

The event revolves around end-to-end managed services, including sessions on managing service performance with business service management, enhancing user satisfaction with IT service management along with a hearing on roadmaping with HP Software. There will also be an exclusive session from Quality Assurance International’s (QAI) specialist on ‘Being mature on IT quality’. This will be followed by a Q&A session for the audience to interact with the systems integrator and HP Software specialists.
