The regional ICT systems integrator Visionaire’s President and CEO, Aneeta Gupta has passed away on 25th November, 2015, according to a statement released by the company.

In the statement, Aseem Gupta, Executive Chairman and Chief Visionary of the company said, “It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden loss of Visionaire’s President and Chief Executive Officer, and my beloved wife, Aneeta Gupta. On behalf of the Company, I would like to express our appreciation for the contribution and impact Aneeta has made in the ICT industry. She was a leader who has dedicated her life to pursue innovation and excellence at work, an epitome of calm and perseverance, of quiet and strong convictions. She will be greatly missed.”

Gupta was largely responsible for defining and implementing Visionaire’s key values of excellence and innovation. Under her leadership, the company has evolved over the last 20 years from the time it first offered mobile computing in 1995, to an award-winning company that provides the full range of services for design, build, integration and management for end-to-end technology, said the statement.

In the interim period, Falguni Jesrani will take on the role of Acting CEO, while the company’s leadership team will continue in their present responsibilities. No changes are anticipated in the company’s day-to-day business activities. The company will make a further announcement in due course.

Over the years Reseller ME has worked closely with Gupta and has featured her as one of the top women in the regional channel industry. In this difficult time, we offer our deepest condolences to her family and friends.
