Mitel’s New IP Solution For Small Businesses

Mitel announces the Mitel Small Business Program exclusively for the Middle East and Africa regions. This program gives small businesses affordable access to IP communications solutions and offers flexible packages at superb promotional price levels to businesses with 8– 48 employees, but with expansion options to over 100 users as and when required. This program allows small businesses the flexibility of having IP communications solutions and applications that were previously only accessible to and affordable for larger enterprises.

The packages are based on the leading Mitel 3300 IP Communications Platform (ICP) and provide access to a rich suite of intuitive unified communications applications including messaging, mobility, conferencing, collaboration and contact centres. With the ability to support multiple languages these packages not only deliver a localised solution but also a solution that provides a unique end user experience. Small business can also take advantage of Mitel’s adherence to open standards, such as the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), to further reduce their cost of communications.

“What makes the Mitel proposition so compelling is that businesses can migrate to IP communications at their own pace as the Mitel 3300 ICP can support analogue phones and interoperate with many traditional PBXs. In today’s economic climate what business wouldn’t want to improve the way they communicate in order to help people work smarter, achieve more results and save money?” emphasizes Hisham El-Amili, GM, Mitel, GCC.

Mitel is offering up to six Small Business packages through this new program, enabling clients in MEA to select the specific package that is appropriate to their business size and need. All six packages have highly competitive promotional prices positioned to appeal to price- sensitive smaller businesses with between 8 and 48 users.

The Mitel Small Business Program is available via all Mitel authorized partners , select partners and premier partners in the MEA market, from 19th October 2008.

For smaller businesses in the Middle-East and Africa, the program offers a great opportunity for to migrate to the latest IP and unified communications technology at a price they can afford and at their own pace.
