An ISACA board member, Tahawultech representative chairs the panel, but does not vote in selecting award category winners.<\/p>\n<p>Judges reserve the right to decline to present an Award, if, in their opinion, a minimum standard of excellence has not been achieved. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
