FVC to showcase Polycom products at Hotel Show, MECOM

FVC, one of the leading Value Added Distributors across the Middle East and North Africa announced that it is participating at this year’s Hotel Show, scheduled from 24 – 26th May 2009.

Dhamendra Parmar, FVC’s General Manager of Marketing, said, “Internal communications is important to the hospitality industry and Polycom has been at the forefront with the introduction of technology like IP telephony, which help hotels improve its guest experience while enhancing its operations. We have seen the rapid adoption of these new technologies in the hospitality sector, providing tangible ROI (Return on Investment).”

FVC will be displaying Polycom’s DECT based KIRK wireless phones and Wi-Fi based Spectralink phones, ideal for mobile hotel staff. FVC will also launch the new Polycom VVX1500 Media Phone that combines advanced telephony with one-touch video, delivering business grade experience to the hotel guests. Exhibiting as a “Security & Technology” solutions provider, FVC/Polycom will be displaying at Stand B125 in Hall 1 for the duration of the event.

FVC is also participating at MECOM 2009, scheduled from 25-27th May 2009 at ADNEC. In parallel with its role as a ‘Silver Sponsor’, FVC will be exhibiting Polycom’s complete range of products and solutions at the event. This includes Polycom’s market-leading video and voice conferencing solutions.

The importance of the event to the communications and network solutions industry is not to be understated. Dhamendra Parmar, FVC’s General Manager of Marketing notes that “in these challenging economic conditions, Polycom solutions provide organisations with the means to reduce travel costs, improve productivity and enhance communications between their teams and business partners.
