According to the vendor, CPP is a major evolution of the Alcatel-Lucent partnership programme for resellers addressing the enterprise communication market.

This new programme offers a flexible and consistent framework for Alcatel-Lucent partners making it easier for them and their customers to leverage Alcatel-Lucent products and solutions.
In addition, the CPP has been designed to add value to end-users through improved certification, solution specialisations and accreditation elements associated with different types of partnerships.
The programme supports a mutually beneficial relationship in which partners arrange to sell all or portions of Alcatel-Lucent’s broad product and solutions portfolio.
The solutions include: IP telephony, contact centres, IP network infrastructure, unified communication, network management and optimisation, on site and off site mobility, and security.
Philippe Cros, Head of channel sales in the Middle East, said: “We as Alcatel-Lucent are committed to drive the revenue and success of our business partners by equipping them with the right tools to promote, deliver and support our products and solutions. Our new CPP also assures the end-users in the Middle East of our partner’s service quality and expertise thanks to the improved certifications, solution specialisations, and accreditation programmes that are integrated into the CPP.”
Cros said Alcatel-Lucent accreditation is a high level of recognition and a great differentiator for a partner selling in the region.
“The CPP offers enterprises the large innovative portfolio of our products, solutions and services via our accredited business partners,” he said. “Enterprises who want to differentiate themselves in the market and move toward integrating their network, people, process and knowledge to achieve business success, will now find an even better support from our partners.”
