GFI sets date for second Middle East partner conference

GFI Software on Monday announced that it will host its second Middle East Partner Conference, which will take place on May 8, 2013.

This year’s conference will focus on vendor-partner teamwork and taking relationships to the next level, a GFI statement said. The conference will be held at the Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Hotel and Spa, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

The conference is open to all GFI channel partners in the Middle East and North Africa regions, and partners will have an open forum to discuss the opportunities and challenges they face in their markets when selling GFI products.

GFI will be sharing details of its plans and future initiatives, and provide sales and technical tracks, product presentations and live product demos.

Several speakers from GFI and Comguard will outline their work over the past year and how they will work together in growing business with the channel in the Middle East and Africa.

The keynote speeches will be delivered by Simon Azzopardi of GFI and Mohammad Mobasseri of Comguard, while David Ball, Nandini Sapru, Fawad Laiq and Graham McIntyre will talk on a range of topics including sales updates, product roadmaps and case studies, among others. A team-building exercise will also be organised for participants.

Awards will be presented to GFI’s partners in recognition of their efforts to increase business for GFI in their region and their contribution to the overall success registered in in Middle East and Africa.
