Fujitsu has announced that it will once again participate at GITEX Technology Week. Under the theme “scan everything, scan everywhere” the company will showcase its document capturing solutions for a wide range of industries and applications at the event.

Fujitsu scanners will be on display at two stands: hall 3, stand B3-3 which will feature the complete document scanner portfolio ranging from the fi Series and the network scanners to the SP Series and the ScanSnap product line. Partner solutions will be on display in the “Imaging Village” at the same booth. In addition there will be a designated ScanSnap booth in hall 8, stand B8-20.

The spotlight will be on the new SP Series family of document scanners, the economical scanner of choice for first time enterprise use, complementing the existing fi Series and ScanSnap product lines. Also debuting in the Middle East markets will be the new fi-7140/fi-7240 models that are designed to help companies implement professional capture processes. These scanners feature the PaperStream software for high quality image processing and offer seamless upgrade paths.

“This is our largest presence ever at GITEX, and the theme perfectly fits the broad range of industry solutions and product highlights that we are bringing to the show”, said Mike Nelson, Vice President at PFU (EMEA). “Our market leading imaging platforms, PaperStream for professional solutions and ScanSnap Manager for personal productivity coupled with our ability to enable users to scan everything and scan everywhere provide scanning solutions for all business needs, including a full range of office scanners and compact models that enhance the efficiency of the mobile workforce.”
