GITEX Preview 2025: Where AI, innovation, and cyber resilience shape the future

Dubai is once again at the epicentre of global innovation as GITEX GLOBAL 2025 prepares to open its doors from 13–17 October at the Dubai World Trade Centre, marking its landmark 45th edition. The world’s largest technology and AI showcase brings together over 6,800 enterprises and 2,000 startups from 180 countries, reflecting Dubai’s growing stature as the nexus of digital transformation and future-critical innovation.

With the global AI market projected to reach US$4.8 trillion by 2033 (UNCTAD) and data centre investments expected to surpass US$500 billion in 2025 (BofA Research), this year’s GITEX will spotlight the technologies reshaping industries — from biotech and quantum computing to semiconductors, physical AI, and digital infrastructure. Leading tech giants including Alibaba Cloud, AMD, AWS, Dell, e&, G42, Google, HPE, Huawei, IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce, Siemens, and Snowflake anchor the exhibition, joined by innovators such as Cerebras, Qualcomm, ServiceNow, and Tenstorrent.

Expand North Star 2025 returns to Dubai Harbour from 12–15 October, celebrating its 10th edition with 2,000 startups and over 1,200 global investors managing US$1.1 trillion in assets, reinforcing the UAE’s position as a scale-up powerhouse.

Within this global convergence, regional players are set to showcase how AI, cybersecurity, and digital transformation are driving impact across enterprises, governments, and everyday life. ASUS introduces the theme “Ubiquitous AI. Incredible Possibilities,” highlighting durable and energy-efficient AI-powered devices. SentinelOne will unveil its AI-native Singularity Platform and Purple AI, redefining autonomous cyber defense. Tenable brings visibility and control through its AI-powered Tenable One Exposure Management Platform, while Cloud Box Technologies demonstrates end-to-end digital transformation with locally managed SOC and NOC operations that ensure data sovereignty.
