Al Zayani Investments embrace the autoExpress Dealer Management System

The shift in automotive customer buying habits and expectations has unearthed some key challenges for traditional dealerships, with the potential to threaten their existence. The ever-expanding digital market has allowed customers to compare models at their leisure. Traditional applications use RDBMS and a transactional approach limiting the organisational capability to meet current customer expectations. Digital adoption is key to run a successful business, especially in our rapidly changing environment. Al Zayani recognised these changes and decided to abandon the existing legacy application and embrace digital transformation with autoExpress Dealer Management System running on SAP S/4HANA platform.

IntelliSoft helps Al Zayani Investments to go-live with SAP S/4HANA 2020. Al Zayani Investment Group is a diversified group with a rich heritage involved in industries such as Automotive, Manufacturing, Real Estate, and Food & Beverages. The company was founded to meet economic recovery challenges and take advantage of growth opportunities in a virgin environment. The group embarked on the project in 2020 with a scope of Financials, Procurement, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, Sales, Distribution, Service Core- Sales & Service, Marketing Cloud, Contact Center, Real Estate Management, Leasing, Plant Maintenance, Quality Management & Human Capital Management. The go-live was split into 2 waves, 1st wave go-live happened on the 1st week of April 2021 and covers Group Level Finance & Human Capital Management & Real Estate. 2nd wave go-live which is expected in Mid of May 2021 covers the rest of the legal entities including Automotive Leasing & Commercial Vehicles. By switching to SAP S/4HANA with specific Industry specific best practices, they are now shifting their focus from managing day-to-day operations to growth and expansion.

The Go-live was smooth, thanks to the leadership of Zayani Project Manager Mr. Deepak with extensive support from Al Zayani Group Management, and Mr. Satish Kumar, IntelliSoft Project Director & Mr. Murugesan Thagathurai Project Manager along with his team of consultants. The project showcases IntelliSoft’s commitment to delivering High Projects to the satisfaction of its customers.
