Dell EMC, the newly combined company, hopes to have a strong presence at this year’s GITEX Technology Week, and plans to showcase its collective and now united capabilities throughout the event.
Dell EMC, part of the Dell Technologies family of businesses, will be demonstrating its competencies in the fastest-growing areas of the industry, including hybrid cloud, software-defined data centre, converged infrastructure, platform-as-a-service, data analytics, mobility and cybersecurity.
Dell Technologies is positioned as a “Leader” in 20 Gartner Magic Quadrants and has a portfolio of more than 20,000 patents and applications. With a combined revenue of $74 billion, it is now a market leader with an expansive technology portfolio that solves complex problems facing customers in the region.
As Dell EMC embarks on this journey, company executives will be on the ground to deliver strategy and capabilities, and detail how the Dell Technologies family of businesses can help customers meet their IT challenges in three crucial areas of digital transformation: IT transformation, workforce transformation, and security transformation.
“Digital transformation is fundamentally changing the way we live, work and consume here in the Middle East and globally. Dell EMC wants to keep businesses ahead of the curve and fully leverage the changes and opportunities of these disruptive technologies in a strategic and prioritised manner,” said Mohammed Amin, senior vice president, Turkey, Eastern Europe, Africa and Middle East at Dell EMC.
Dell EMC has longstanding customer and channel partner relationships across the region, having enabled companies to become “more customer-centric, efficient and secure.”
