Eros Group has announced a number of promotions for this year’s Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF), featuring offers from the likes of Samsung, TCL, Hitachi and BenQ, of which the group is sole distributor. Savings and deals feature heavily in Eros’ plans for DSF 2013, as well as a number of technological prizes for shoppers.
For example, Eros is once again hosting the so-called Samsung Grand Prize promotion, in which one shopper will, every week, be chosen to take home a prize of 13 Samsung products. A raffle will also be held every day, giving Eros Digital Home shoppers who spend more than AED 500 the chance to win a Samsung Galaxy S3.
Likewise, the Hitachi Full House promotion will give out raffle tickets to anyone who spends more than AED 200. For this competition, five winners will be picked at random and given a “mega-prize” of appliances, including a refrigerator, front-loading washing machine, split air conditioner and many more besides.
Prices have also been revised on a number of products. Samsung Mobiles has seen fit to place a special emphasis on smartphones, meaning that customers will be able to save up to AED 300 on a Samsung smartphone. A wide range of Samsung panels are also available at special prices.
Eros claims that TCL, meanwhile, offers technology at “unbeatable deals” across the brand’s range of 3D, LED and LCD TVs. Selected service centres will also offer one-year warranties.
The distributor will also be offering buy-one-get-two-free deals on Samsung Digital products. Customers who buy from a selection of premium Samsung TVs will be given a 46-inch LED TV and a 39-inch LED TV for free.
“DSF has grown to be an annual shopping, entertainment and cultural extravaganza that attracts millions of people from around the world annually,” said Niranjan Gidwani, Deputy CEO of Eros Group. “During the month-long festival, Eros Group will offer its customers some of the best deals at unbelievable prices from Samsung, Hitachi, TCL and Eros Digital Home.”
