The new products include redesigned HP Mini 210 in vibrant colours and HP Beats Audio, developed by HP and Beats by music producer Dr. Dre, new versions of the HP Pavilion dv6 and dv7 notebook PCs launched in a sleek steel grey colour.
HP also announced the launch of the improved HP CoolSense technology using advanced hardware and intelligent software for a notebook that feels noticeably cooler, the technology is now included in HP Pavilion dm4, HP ENVY 14 and ENVY 17 notebook PC’s.In addition to which the company has also launched the HP SimplePass with One-Time Password (OTP), the technology protects personal information and simplifies password management and is available on the Pavilion dm4, dv6 metal, dv7 metal notebook PC’s.
The company believes that with the addition of Beats Audio, the redesigned HP Mini 210 is the ultimate companion PC, offering high-quality entertainment plus productivity while on-the-go.
Representatives said, the sleek, full-performance HP Pavilion dm4 features improved HP CoolSense technology that includes a simplified user interface of on, off and auto. The award-winning HP ENVY 14 notebook PC also features improved HP CoolSense technology, the company reported.
HP SimplePass with OTP practically eliminates phishing fraud by providing unique “one-time” passwords that are linked to each individual user’s fingerprint, HP said and these one-time passwords, generated every 60 seconds, grant secure access to websites that store financial information such as eBay or PayPal.
As per the company, the HP Mini 210 starts at AED1,499. is available in various colours including charcoal, luminous rose and ocean drive, HP Pavilion dm4 starts at AED3499, HP Pavilion dv6 starts at AED2999, HP Pavilion dv7 starts at AED5499, HP Envy 14 starts at AED6499 and the HP Envy 17 starts at AED8499.
