Lenovo offers sneak peak at IdeaCentre A720 AIO

Lenovo recently held a private viewing for the IdeaCentre A720 All-In-One (AIO) desktop.

The new IdeaCentre A720 AIO, features a whopping 27-inch razor thin screen that boasts 10-point multi-touch. The device has a hinge for comfortable use and viewing from angles varying from -5o to 90o, it was reported.

“As the number one provider of consumer desktop PCs worldwide, Lenovo prides itself in pushing the design and performance envelope to provide users with the best possible computing experience,” said Jack Lee, GM, MEA, Lenovo. “The IdeaCentre A720 takes touch computing to the next level thanks to its unique hinge for angled viewing and multi-touch capability, and svelte, powerful design.”

Khaldoun Aboul-Saoud, Intel regional manager for Market development GCC & ME added, “Over the last few years the desktop market has evolved shifting away from the standard beige box desktop PC in to the sleek all-in-device we see today powered by the latest Intel Core Series processors. We believe this form factor will prove to be extremely popular as they reduce clutter and space whilst additionally packing a wide range of technology features including touchscreen capabilities.”

The Lenovo IdeaCentre A720 AIO won several best desktop awards during the 2012 International CES, all of the awards praised the A720’s hinge feature allowing for flat to upright viewing, the ergonomic design screen quality and 10-point multi-touch capability, the company concluded.
