Logicom successfully concludes series of events for resellers

Logicom Dubai recently completed a series of successful roadshows, team building activities in addition to lab demonstrations to add value to its IT offerings for partners across the region, the company has announced. The activities conducted were a huge success with participation of vendors, resellers from the region’s IT sector.

The company recently held the Qatar edition of the Logicom Technology Forum that brought together vendor representatives from APC, Adobe and HP together with resellers to discuss key innovations and emerging trends in the region. The forum covered the latest product launches from each of the vendors in addition to product roadmaps and upgrades.

Sajith Raj, regional distribution manager, Logicom Dubai said, “This event, conducted in cooperation with vendors are part of our continuous efforts to share knowledge with our partners. Such initiatives help us to become the preferred distributor of choice in the region by having resellers and vendors rely on our sales and pre-sales teams for their solution requirements. We take these opportunities to apply a solution based approach to address growing demands of resellers and end users”.

In addition, the company has also recently conducted a series of team building exercises in partnership with various vendors for the benefit of Logcom’s resellers. For instance, a bowling activity in Muscat, Oman sponsored by HP, a shooting activity at Armed Forces Officers club in Abu Dhabi, UAE sponsored by APC and Cisco for top reseller segments.

Logicom also conducted an exclusive team activity with Cisco’s commercial team at the Adventure Zone Dubai, UAE.

The idea behind these series of events has been to boost morale and team spirit, representatives said.
