ServiceNow strikes multi-year deal with OpenAI

OpenAI has entered into a multiyear deal with ServiceNow to provide their corporate customers access to the ChatGPT-maker’s AI models. This agreement is intended to help turn AI use into a more measurable business outcome.

The partnership brings advanced AI capabilities, such as speech‑to‑speech, native voice and multimodal interaction, directly into ServiceNow’s platform.

By integrating OpenAI models into its AI platform, ServiceNow is able to deliver deeper automation and decision‑making capabilities into customers’ secure environments.

This enables AI to understand context, determine next actions and execute tasks across departments including IT, HR, finance, sales and operations.

ServiceNow president, COO and CPO Amit Zavery stated the collaboration is designed to help enterprises move from AI experimentation to real, scalable deployments.

OpenAI COO Brad Lightcap added “ServiceNow is helping enterprises bring agentic AI into workflows that are secure, scalable and designed to deliver measurable outcomes”.

Financial terms of the deal are not available.
