Under the partnership, du will design, build and operate smart systems in selected buildings on Omar bin Al Khattab Road using the most up-to-date methods for building management, renewable energy, energy saving and the highest standards of safety and well-being for both residents and visitors.

This also include sustainable and smart systems for telecommunications, street lighting, waste management and car parking areas.

Both parties also agreed to coordinate with some of their strategic partners and stakeholders with the ultimate objective of preparing a one integrated development plan with clear-cut and time-bound programmes and goals for the project.

The Rumaila neigbourhood is located in the middle of old Ajman city, overlooking Ajman Cornish, and surrounded by Al Rifa’ah, Al Nakhil, Al Rashidiya and Al Mirgab districts.
