Bayt.com relaunches with new features

Jobsite Bayt.com has relaunched its website with an updated design and new features, including a mobile application, a reworked CV building and a job-search tracking and CV-analysis tool.

The site now also has an employer loyalty programme designed to actively incentivise recruitment activity in the region.

The ‘Insights’ engine allows users to gain details on their job application status, visibility to employers, demand and supply for their different skills, and an overview of general market conditions, whilst the CV builder concerts CVs automatically into Bayt.com’s expert formatting that is specially for employer searchability. Users can also analyse and adjust their CVs for maximum efficiency with the CV diagnostics tool.

The new mobile application lets users search and apply for their ideal jobs and notifies users when their job applications have been viewed and when a job matches their profile.

Bayt.com members will also be able to receive a monthly report containing a full analysis of a professional’s job search activities along with a window of directly relevant jobs.

“With over a decade of operations under its belt, Bayt.com is now taking the successes of its past and translating them into the future. By addressing the professional, personal, and market requirements of jobseekers and employers, we have created a next-generation brand that is at the vanguard of the employment revolution,” said Rabea Ataya, CEO at Bayt.com.

“We have created a brand that will become an indispensable extension of peoples’ lives, empowering them to create the lifestyle that they desire by utilising our state-of-the-art functionalities to find the careers they desire. At the same time, we are presenting them with the opportunity to carve out their professional online footprint, which is an increasingly essential component to the employment market,” he added.

Bayt.com has over 7.25 million jobseekers and 40,000 regional employers registered to the website.
