Esharah Etisalat Security Solution highlights its latest mission critical solutions

Nitya Ravi of CPI speaks to Mr. Ali Bahlooq, General Manager of Esharah Etisalat Security Solutions about the innovative solutions they offer to the organisations.

“Esharah is participating this year with a good portfolio of services and products. Our main technology highlight is the computer- aided dispatch, SAGA (COMMAND AND CONTROL). This GITEX, we are showcasing the police patrol car that works on this technology. It provides necessary information to police personnel based on field that helps them respond and follow up on emergency situations in a timely manner. It basically helps them fulfill their objectives of saving lives and maintaining safety”, says Bahlooq, General Manager of Esharah Etisalat Security Solutions.

“Our other solution is ACOM, Esharah’s complete mission critical communication solution.

It’s related to calls taking for accidents and allocating that report to the individuals in the field – be it police, civil defense, ambulance etc. that helps them respond to the incident in a timely manner. This is also in line with UAE’s security agenda that underlines efficient response time as critical to minimise any sort of casualty or damage in a situation”, continues Bahlooq.

“Our IOT (Internet of Things) – Asset Tracker is one of the other highlights. It is a tracking unit that can be put on a car or vehicle and used to track and monitor the vehicle wherever it goes. When we say asset tracking, the user can efficiently track where the vehicle goes. It’s more about efficiency management and we have it enabled in our private LTE network which makes it highly secure and less likely to be tampered with”.

Bahlooq goes on to proudly add about how Esharah Etisalat Security Solution is a partner of Expo2020, “We have been named the security solution provider for EXPO 2020. This is a huge achievement for a young company like ours who just completed 7 years in the market”.

Bahlooq also believes that Artificial intelligence will be the buzzword in the coming years.

“There is a common misconception about AI that it will substitute certain roles. I don’t believe that is the case. Artificial intelligence is here to enable, enhance and augment certain services for us. We must always see it in that light”, concludes Bahlooq.
