HP has appointed Mike Nefkens as Executive Vice President of HP Enterprise Services, it announced today.
Nefkens, who has held the title of EMEA GM for HP Enterprise Services for the last three years, will now be responsible for driving global growth in the division, which delivers IT outsourcing, managed cloud, applications and business process services.
He will also become a member of the company’s executive council, reporting directly to CEO and President Meg Whitman.
“Mike has led some of our most successful turnarounds and has already had a very positive impact on the business,” Whitman said.
“I’m confident in Mike’s ability to build our services business and contribute to HP’s long-term goals.”
