MSI will be rolling out its latest generation of 4 Series laptops this month throughout the Middle East, including the awarded GT70 gaming laptop.
The GT70 boasts a number of innovative technologies, including MSI Super Raid, MSI Audio Boost, a top-of-the-line Steelseries gaming keyboard, Dynaudio sound technology, Killer Gaming Networking (Killer E2200 Game Networking), and up to 32G of memory to make it the Best Choice and Media Choice at this year’s international conference Computex.
The gaming notebook computers feature the third gen Intel Core i7 quad core processor and the Nvidia GeForce GTX 670M discrete graphics card which boasts 3GB GDDR5 of display memory, the company said. The cutting-edge processing platform enhances processing performance by as much as 15% over the previous generation.
MSI’s award-winning GT70 comes equipped with four DDR3 memory slots for up to 32GB of memory. They also feature MSI’s own Super RAID technology with dual SSD optional. Using accelerated dual solid state drive (SSD) architecture not only gives these machines twice the storage capacity, it also cranks up read speed by some 486% over traditional HDD Raid 0. (See table below) In addition to booting up more quickly, it more than satisfies the demand for faster reading capabilities required for the battle scenes and dramatic effects of the latest games out there, giving gamers an edge in the thick of combat.
The new generation MSI GT70 gaming laptop comes equipped with Killer Gaming Networking (Killer E2200) to give users blazing online transmission speeds that are faster than regular LAN, reducing latency time for a hiccup-free online gaming experience and effectively eliminating incorrect commands resulting from game lag, greatly increasing your chances of coming out on top online.
To ensure that gamers get the perfect surround sound experience to go along with the perfect gaming experience, MSI’s GT70 comes equipped with MSI’s own Audio Boost solution technology which employs genuine gold plating on its Gold Flash audio jack. In addition, the built-in earphone AMP even gives headsets superior acoustics.
MSI got together with SteelSeries, a leader in gaming peripherals, to create a new generation keyboard for the MSI GT70. Additionally the GT70 lets users choose from among five keyboard backlighting scenarios—Normal, Gaming, Wave, Breathing, and Dual Color, that can be used in coordination with variable section lighting, and seven colors offering over 1,000 variations.
The GT70 sports an anti-glare full HD screen which is 17.3-inch in size for the best possible visuals. The 720p, 30 fps HD webcam gives you smooth video and impeccable resolution when conferencing with friends and family. It also comes with USB3.0 which boasts transfer speeds of 4.8Gbps and provides 80% more power for vastly faster charging speeds for external hard drives, flash drives, and other handheld electronic devices.
