Graeme joined BT Telconsult from PA Consulting Group in London and has been working in the Middle East since 1991.Graeme is a seasoned management consultant with rich experience of helping clients exploit technology to deliver real improvements in the quality and accessibility of information.  His background includes consulting with AT&T and Nortel.  More recently he has led large business transformation programmes.   Specific areas of expertise include strategy definition, business transformation, procurement, dynamic project analysis, and negotiation between clients and suppliers.
