Wallix has announced the launch in the Middle East of Wallix AdminBastion Suite, a product which integrates password management, access management, monitoring and session recording into a single platform available via a web portal.
Designed on a non-intrusive architecture, the company believes that the new WAB Suite is the easiest solution to implement, use and manage in the market today and can be installed within a day, making it three times faster to implement than its nearest competitor.
Irrespective of the size of the organisation, this area represents the greatest risk to its cyber-security. Where information security professionals are facing a loss of control over an ever-growing number of users with privileges and an inability to monitor the use of privileged accounts.
Current solutions for the management of privileged access are complicated and may require very time and resource intensive deployment and adoption.
Wallix believes that five conditions must be met for more efficient management of privileged access which are passwords, access control, monitoring, registration, and audit
“Everyone now recognises the importance of guaranteeing the security of privileged access; not only to fight against internal threats, but also to control access to external service providers. The challenge currently facing our industry is that the current products are too expensive, too intrusive and too complicated to deploy, ” said Jean-Noël de Galzain, President, Wallix.
“Wallix changes that today. We have brought together all the requirements for the effective management of privileged access onto a single platform that’s quick to deploy, simple to use and transparent to users. Wallix AdminBastion Suite is designed to fit into an existing IT infrastructure and not the reverse. This means that companies can reduce their biggest security risk in just one day”.
Wallix is showcasing this new solution, Wallix AdminBastion Suite, at GISEC. Dominique Meurisse, Chief Operating Officer at Wallix is present to share more insights of the company’s plan in this region as well as talk about the security challenges here.
