TP-Link MEA to host SMB partner event

TP-Link Technologies is set to host the second annual ‘ConneXions’ Partner Meet 2017 on 19th April in Dubai.

This year the focus will be on SMB products and strategy, as the company moves to raise awareness of its solutions in this market segment.

TP-Link said the ConneXions Partner Meet 2017 will be held in Dubai at the Burj Al Arab Hotel and will also see it launch new SMB products.

According to the vendor, demand for high performing business networking solutions is increasing in the SMB sector across the Middle East hence the company will unveil SMB solutions. TP-Link’s business products include JetStream Switches, Auranet Business WiFi, Pharos Wireless Broadband and SafeStream Router range.

Denny Liang, vice president, and Lucas Jiang, general manager from TP-Link MEA will deliver keynote addresses at this year’s event.

Liang said, “Despite the current prevailing market conditions, partners have been unfailingly and continue to grow the TP-Link brand and business. As was the case in 2016, we will again pay tribute to partners by recognising their effort at this year’s event,” he said. “We are hoping the ConneXions Partner Meet 2017 event will kick start our SMB agenda for this year for all channel partners in MEA.”

The awards ceremony and product launch is expected to see over 200 partners across systems integrators, channel partners and end-users attend in addition to the company’s distribution partners namely ASBIS Middle East, MES, and Eurostar.

Jiang added that alongside this year’s event, TP-Link will also be outlining its roadmap for the rest of the year to partners. “As we continue to raise the bar in the SOHO and SMB segments, it’s critical that we share with our partners what is coming down the line,” he said.
