UAE-based hospitality firm Gourmet Gulf has signed software systems integrator Finesse and CRM specialist Salesforce to digitally transform its customer systems.
Under the partnership, Finesse and Salesforce will enable the Gourmet Gulf with a diverse and unique functioning that allows it to expand its guest base, brand portfolio, and cuisines while enhancing its customer loyalty.
By implementing Salesforce’s CRM and cloud computing services Finesse seeks to support Gourmet Gulf in delivering higher customer engagement, world-class dining experience, and enhanced customer management.
