Muzun debuts analytics platform to measure human emotions

Muzun, the UAE based analytics and technology company, has launched “AdBeacon”,  a plug-and-measure analytics platform for digital signage advertising and retailers in the Middle East.

 AdBeacon utilises a camera sensor to collect anonymous data – including dwell time, gaze ratio, demographics, and emotions – and deliver in-the-moment analysis. 

 All captured analytics are fed to a cloud based dashboard or API that allows end-users to assess results and performance, identify key trends, and make any essential adjustments to content. AdBeacon is already widely available across the region being implemented by retailers, shopping malls, and digital advertising agencies.

Saif Madhat, CEO of Muzun, the exclusive distributor of AdMobilize in the Middle East said: “With AdBeacon, we are introducing an entirely new technology in the Middle East. The platform, claims the company, delivers a highly effective way for private sector and government entities to measure customer experiences across industries and geographic areas, as well as differentiate between direct and web based interactions.
