Nutanix seeks to give enterprises the “Freedom to Build”

Aaron White, Nutanix

Nutanix has announced its participation at GITEX Technology Week under the theme ‘Freedom to Build’ – with the company giving enterprises the freedom to build modern data centres with unlimited choice of technology, simplicity and flexibility.

GITEX trade show attendees will be given a demonstration of Nutanix Enterprise Cloud OS software that makes data centre infrastructure invisible, elevating IT to focus on the applications and services that power their business. The solution blends web-scale engineering and consumer-grade design to natively converge server, storage, virtualisation and networking into a resilient, software-defined solution with rich machine intelligence.

Aaron White, regional director, Middle East at Nutanix says, “The enterprise datacenter is evolving—from legacy hardware intensive systems to software defined infrastructure that runs on commodity servers powered by a cloud OS. It’s about taking IT to the next level by combining the agility and consumer grade simplicity of the public cloud with the control, security, and predictable economics of a private cloud. And that’s exactly what our market leading Enterprise Cloud OS platform delivers. With our company’s promise of the ‘invisible infrastructure’ (just works, without constraints, while eliminating guesswork), we intend to help regional organizations in the Middle East achieve their consolidation goals in a simpler way.”

Managers visiting the Nutanix stand at GITEX will have the opportunity to hear about the latest trends, strategies and innovations in the field of scalability, management and design of the Enterprise Cloud. They will also be able to dive into Nutanix technology and gain practical insights into specific features and workloads.

Executives from Nutanix will be conducting hourly technical seminars at the stand. The company has also confirmed its participation at a CXO Workshop organized by Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) on Day 3 of GITEX. CXO dinner events will be hosted during the show for a targeted audience and there will be a raffle draw with the winner getting a chance to attend .NEXT – an annual Nutanix event that will take place in London between 27-29 November, 2018.

“GITEX offers a great platform for our company to expose our brand and showcase our latest technology innovations to companies who are looking at modernising their datacenter to meet today’s business needs,” said White. “Because GITEX focuses on our target industry and brings so many of the key players in one place including existing and prospective customers and channel and alliance partners, it represents an ideal opportunity for interaction between all the interested parties. We hope to expand and lead our business to success by sharing our technology and knowledge with event attendees. We are committed to the region and investments in events like this are absolutely key to our growth.”

Nutanix will have its own dedicated stand, number A7-20 in Hall 7 at DWTC.
