Abu Dhabi Smart Solutions and Services Authority (ADSSSA) successfully organised a special workshop aimed at unifying the Emirati’s government customer service centres through its TAMM initiative.
ADGM has signed a strategic collaboration agreement with the Abu Dhabi Monitoring and Control Centre (MCC), to facilitate the exchange of information and cooperation in monitoring & control compliance within ADGM’s Free Zone.
The workshop, titled “Public-Private Engagement Towards a Data Economy”, sought to encourage the private sector in Dubai to participate in the data economy, in a manner that ensures mutual benefit and improves services and smart-city experiences.
The platform enables the connection of machines, data, and people to support DEWA’s digital capabilities and enable it to collect and analyse data in real time, to enhance the speed and efficiency of its operations.
“When we look at Dubai, we see an innovative government that inspires people to take the initiative, and constantly work towards creating a bright future,” said Arab League Secretary-General Ahmed Aboul-Gheit.
