Adaox unveils Vantage 2.2

ADAOX Middle East, value added distributor of IT security solutions and services across the Middle East, today announced the release of the latest version of Webspy’s Vantage product range, Vantage 2.2, in the Middle East region. Vantage 2.2 will be available through ADAOX’s reseller network throughout the Middle East region.

“We are happy to introduce Vantage 2.2 to our customers in the Middle East. Since signing a distribution partnership with Webspy last year, we have seen an increase in the demand for WebSpy’s range of Internet, Email and network monitoring software.  We are confident Vantage 2.2 will also be well received in the region,” says Neo Neophytou, Managing Director of ADAOX Middle East.

WebSpy’s Vantage range analyzes raw data in log files and enables organizations to monitor and report on, not only Internet usage and web browsing behavior, but also; email usage, instant messaging, event logs, routers, website visitor traffic, firewalls, antivirus and anti-spam applications.

Vantage 2.2 is loaded with clever new features, including extensive updates in social media and search engine categorization abilities. The paramount enhancement lies in Vantage 2.2’s capacity to utilize the extra processing power on computers with multiple cores, or CPUs, to significantly improve importing and reporting speed.

WebSpy’s Product Operations Manager, Scott Glew, says. “We work closely with our software users to ensure their needs and expectations are constantly met. Our larger clients regularly report on enormous amounts of log file data and often run our software on multi-core or multi-cpu machines. Vantage 2.2’s multithreading techniques takes advantage of these extra resources to process information faster and generate reports in less time. The feedback we have received from beta testers has been very positive with many of them reporting 50% improvements across the board.”

WebSpy’s CEO, Jack Andrys, concludes, “WebSpy has always been sensitive to market needs and, more importantly, quick to adapt. Vantage was already considered very fast compared to many competing products in the market, as well as being in the forefront of innovative features. It is safe to say that recent development will set us even further apart from competition.”
