SAP launches new pre-packaged solution for MENA

For consumer product companies, wholesalers and distributors in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region the software will support companies seeking an integrated industry solution to manage its entire business. Amongst many other processes, the solution covers sourcing and procurement; van sales, multiple manufacturing models and processes; sales and delivery; post-sales support; traceability, and quality management; inbound/outbound logistics and inventory management; and financials and controlling.


Sam Alkharrat, MD at SAP Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, says SAP has over 800 customers in the MENA region and is continuously innovating to bring these companies the tools needed to streamline business processes, support strategic decisions, and stay competitive. “By further enhancing our Arabic-language software solutions we are illustrating our commitment to supporting our customers in the competitive industries of consumer products and wholesale with tools that allow companies to leverage industry best practices and the agility to respond quickly to market changes,” says Alkharrat.


Following on from the successful launch of the SAP Business All-in-One solution, SAP recently unveiled the Arabic version of pre-packaged software designed for customers in the consumer products and wholesale industries.
