Etisalat recently awarded its best performing indirect sales channel partners across UAE at an annual award ceremony held at Ritz Carlton, DIFC, Dubai.
As part of recognising and appreciating their service and performance, more than 150 partners were awarded at this private ceremony. The annual award ceremony was an acknowledgement of their efforts in improving the systems in customer service, sales, compliance of TRA procedures and understanding the relevance of these processes, quality of documentation and being able to communicate all relevant information to all end-users.

The award ceremony recognised distribution partners focusing on Etisalat’s prepaid and recharge sales, key retailers selling Etisalat’s postpaid and smartphones/devices, resellers dealing in Etisalat’s postpaid and eLife services and mass retailers. There were diamond, platinum and gold category winners in each category.
