FVC, a VAD in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), has signed an agreement with Aruba Networks, a provider of next-generation network access solutions for the mobile enterprise, to distribute its ClearPass Access Management Solutions.

The partnership with Aruba Networks will help FVC expand and complement its existing security solutions portfolio, the company said. ClearPass Access Management System delivers unparalleled simplicity while managing and securing network access across wireless, wired and VPNs, representatives said. FVC will enable and empower its channel partners across the region to deploy these solutions within each country, it reported.

K.S. Parag, MD at FVC, said, “As enterprises continue to implement Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) initiatives across the region, network managers and CIOs are concerned about security and deployment challenges. Our partnership with Aruba Networks allows us to offer ClearPass solutions which will facilitate these initiatives with a powerful yet easy to deploy solution.”

“The proliferation of mobile devices combined with the employee desire to access information anywhere is accelerating the demand for mobile security solutions,” said Ammar Enaya, GM for Middle East at Aruba Networks. “As partners, Aruba and FVC are uniquely positioned to expand the adoption of secure mobility solutions within the Middle East. FVC has an extensive network of solution providers along with a proven track record of excellence in solving customer challenges.”

FVC will have trained sales, pre-sales and support team members in each region, to enable its channels and help them support customers, the company said. FVC will also have the resources to conduct Proof of Performance (PoC) at the customer’s premises, it was reported.
