Verbatim has newly launched three high-comfort headsets for VOIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) telephony, and a series of eight earphones in three different designs for supreme listening on the go for its customers in the Middle East.
Internet Telephony Headsets
Verbatim’s new headsets offer the perfect equipment for Internet telephony via Skype, MSN or other providers. During the development of the “Multimedia Headphones”, which feature a flexible, adjustable boom microphone, particular attention was paid to ensuring comfort.
Eight New Earphones
The eight new earphones come in three models: “SecureClip”, “Flexi Hook” and “Sound Isolating”. The “SecureClip” earphones can be folded together when not in use, so that they do not dangle irritatingly around the neck. They are extremely pleasant to wear, thanks to their especially soft ear padding. The “Flexi Hook” earphones provide individually-adjustable clips for a stable position behind the ears during leisure activities such as running or cycling. Verbatim’s “Sound Isolating” earphones bring peerless sound quality to the market. Thanks to their special, snug-fitting shape, they prevent the infiltration of noise from the wearer’s surroundings, thereby guaranteeing unadulterated music enjoyment. The “Sound Isolating” earphones are also available in a fine, black version with separate loudspeaker control as well as a gold-plated jack for an even better sound experience
2.1 Multimedia Portable Speaker System
With its silky-black, rubberised surfaces, the 2.1 Multimedia Portable Speaker System is a real eye-catcher, and with its complementary speaker bag, can be easily transported to provide a quality sound system wherever you go. The compact loudspeaker system is especially suitable for mobile equipment such as MP3 players, portable CD and DVD players and laptops, and can also be connected via a power pack to the home computer. The satellite boxes produce an output of two Watts (RMS) and operate in a frequency range from 120Hz to 20kHz, while the subwoofer generates 1 Watt (RMS) and operates between 80Hz and 2kHz.
Desktop and Portable USB Speaker Systems
The USB Speaker System, which is larger than the portable version, has a stylish “piano-effect” lacquered surface and is ideal for a desktop. It supports the direct connection of headphones thanks to the integrated 3.5 mm jack and also features a volume and mute switch.
Portable USB Speaker System
Its low weight, simple operation and stylish rubberised surface make the Portable USB Speaker System an ideal musical companion for trips away. The two USB systems each have two amplified and magnetically shielded 1-1/4" metal speakers providing glorious sound quality with a frequency range from 120Hz to 18kHz for the desktop system and 200Hz to 18kHz for the portable system. And thanks to Plug ‘n’ Play, no additional sound cards are needed – the speakers are ready for use immediately with a PC or laptop.
