15 February 2022: Kaspersky is the most recommended vendor among recipients of the 2021 Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice for Security Awareness Computer-Based Training recognition. As the only Endpoint Protection Platform (EPP) vendor to achieve the accolade, Kaspersky is also the only company to have Customers’ Choice status in EPP, and Security Awareness (SA) categories.
2021 has put a spotlight on security, while people continue to work and interact virtually, businesses become more conscious and keener to protect their employees and operations. Education and training play a big part in making sure people and organisations are equipped with the knowledge and skills to make the right choices and safeguard themselves online.
To help IT security leaders get a perspective of the computer-based security awareness training offerings available and provide them with information of direct peer experiences in implementing and operating various solutions, Gartner ‘Voice of the Customer’ report aggregates Gartner Peer Insights reviews of educational products from eligible vendors. All reviews go through a strict validation and moderation process in an effort to ensure they are authentic.
Kaspersky is one of only four SA vendors to be recognised with a 2021 Customers’ Choice and is the most recommended vendor overall – 98% of customers would recommend the Kaspersky solution. From the 104 customer reviews included in the report (as of October 2021), Kaspersky achieved 4.7 out of 5 for its product capabilities, deployment experience and support experience. Also 76% of users gave an overall rating for Kaspersky Security Awareness of 5 out of 5.
