ALE to exhibit collaborative comms tools

ALE, operating under the Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise brand, will demonstrate a range of new technologies, designed to help enterprises improve the connected customer experience, increase employee efficiency and accelerate decision making at the 37th GITEX Technology Week. ALE – stand D1-30, Hall 1 – will showcase revolutionary solutions that enable enterprises to shape their own communications and collaboration architecture, empowering “customer-centric” services, and ultimately drive digital transformation.

  • Rainbow, an innovative cloud-based relationship management platform that connects business users, business contacts and systems designed to improve team communication and collaboration. As a Communications Platform as-a-Service (CPaaS), Rainbow’s Unified Communication and Collaboration features can be customized to connect people as well as objects in an IoT environment.
  • Converged solution for SMBs are available via the latest OXO Connect C25, a robust communication server that seamlessly connects and converges communication platforms in a cloud or hybrid option. The latest release of deskphones offer rich IP communications with outstanding wide-band audio quality.
