Techserve appointed Nokia service partner

The deal reflects Nokia’s strategy of embellishing its relationship with its customers and providing them with exclusive after-sale services. It also makes Techserve part of an exclusive network of Nokia Care Centres around the world and helps Nokia draw on the expertise and guidance of an experienced local partner to ensure best practice in customer care.


The new Care Centre offers a holistic solution to consumers providing not only repair assistance, but also support for Nokia services including the Nokia Ovi Store, Nokia Music Store and, Nokia Mail for Exchange, as also Nokia Messaging.

Techserve will be able to provide the highest levels of service to Nokia mobile users and thereby help improve their overall user experience. Nokia customers can be rest assured that these devices will be looked at by highly qualified and trained service personnel.”


Techserve will offer quick turnaround of Nokia devices bought in for repair. The L1 (Level 1) and L2 (Level 2) service repairs will include software upgrades, cosmetic components replacement, key components replacement such as microphones and speakers, among others. The Nokia partner will also offer support and guidance for synchronisation of Nokia devices pertaining to laptop computers or notebooks, backups and other technical support that may be required.


In addition, the team at Techserve will provide customers with technical advice on how to safeguard their data and mobile devices in addition to giving them guidance on how to make use of the latest features on their mobile devices that they may not be aware off.


Techserve will have four easily accessible Nokia Care Center locations located across the UAE including two in Dubai (Bur Dubai and Dubai Festival City) and one each in Sharjah and Al Ain.



Techserve, Al-Futtaim?s one-stop-shop for electronics service and systems integration needs, has been appointed the authorised Nokia Care Centre partner in the UAE.
