TACME has been recognised as an Elite partner, the highest level of participation in the global Interactive Intelligence partnership programme. Under the terms of the agreement, TACME will offer a full range of services including consulting, project implementation, technical support, after-sales service and software development.
Remarking on the partnership, Shaheen Haque, Territory Manager Middle East and Turkey, Interactive Intelligence says, “We are pleased to partner with such a highly regarded and technically proficient company as TACME, having an illustrious base of clients.”
Haque says the Middle East is an important growth market for the company and the strategic plan is to tie up with key partners like TACME who not only have the required technical skills, but are also focused on customer delivery, support and understand the importance of education and training. “We are confident that Interactive Intelligence’s IP Telephony, contact center and business process automation solutions combined with TACME’s expert technical and service capabilities will provide an excellent solution for customers in this region,” he says.
As an Elite partner, TACME will undergo a formal 90 day induction programme by an Interactive Intelligence “channel enablement” team and will have access to the company’s partner portal which provides a wealth of tools including information on ININ’s technology and best practices. TACME can take advantage of ININ’s ‘Skills Development Fund Programme’ designed to help offset the cost of the technical training and certification as well as the vendor’s marketing development fund (MDF) for demand generating activities. Interactive Intelligence will also work closely with TACME on all opportunities and provide support right from the pre-sales phase to the implementation and post-sales support stage.
Moatasem Mohaisen, Group Business Development, at TACME, says unlike many organisations in the region TACME has expanded its operations in 2010 and a major part of this growth can be attributed to the introduction of best-of-breed products and services to complement its existing end-to-end solutions. “We have provided business process automation solutions that involve functionalities of a contact center to a number of customers,” he says. “Based on customer feedback as well as market research, we decided we needed to include contact centre solutions to our portfolio. We are excited by this new partnership which has a real strategic significance for our company. We see a huge potential for Interactive Intelligence’s offerings especially in the government and financial sectors.”
Interactive Intelligence, a global provider of unified IP business communications solutions has signed a reseller agreement spanning the GCC and Mediterranean regions with Technical Art Concepts (TACME), an end-to-end IT solutions providerin the region.
