MUST University invests $250,000 to offer diverse teaching

MUST University has invested $250,000 in its Faculty Hiring Programme in an attempt to offer a more diverse teaching staff.

“In the current globalised era, faculty recruited from the world over offers diverse learning to enhance student learning experience academically and professionally,” the university said.

The university’s decision to invest the money in the recruitment of its faculty is governed by the desire to provide quality education that is within everyone’s reach, it stated.

“Our plan is to formulate a recruitment policy that is so viable that only teachers possessing the highest potential and the drive to impart their knowledge are made a part of the university’s faculty team”, says Brian Reeves, MUST University’s communications director.

“And to do that, we needed proper funding that would ensure the development of such a unique recruitment programme”.

The purpose is to provide students with the finest possible education using the best technology and teachers. The university understands the importance of role models with regard to students’ development. Hence, it is offering learning that is reflective of the present best practices and is taught by academically qualified and professionally trained faculty providing a road map for student’s overall growth and development.

“Our mission was, and is, to deliver quality education to our students”, stresses Reeves. “Hence, we are not willing to compromise on the quality of our faculty as we realise the important role such individuals can play in the lives of students.”

MUST University will be at this year’s GITEX event in Dubai.
